Hello again,
So you are wondering what to sell online to make money. well the short answer is , a Hell of a lot. The amount of goods and services you can sell online is so vast i would need a way longer post than this one to explain them all.
But i will attempt to point you in the direction of the more popular ones.
Bearing in mind selling online can be a hard slog , but if you believe that the goods and services you wish to sell are aligned with your own expertise or hobby, then selling them should be that bit easier to you.
Digital Products and Services.

Digital products are basically any information that can be delivered electronically over the internet. These could include anything from selling online courses and E-books, to software and digital artwork.
They can be offered through a blog post, through social media, through youtube. etc. One of the most popular of these is selling online courses.
For example Wealthy Affiliates is a platform that provides some free courses to train you in online marketing. They have a vast array of programs to help you build a website and publish it all within a couple of lessons.
They explain all about SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Keyword search , Niche Markets, Content, and much more. This is the platform I became a member of and so far I’m glad i did.
Health and Wellness Products.

Health and wellness products can be be delivered electronically too, especially fitness, exercise, yoga, meditation , to name a few.
For example, perhaps you love teaching people how to exercise to lose weight. you could record an exercise or a series of exercises for a youtube video or your own website, which you could then sell for a one off payment or a monthly subscription.
The same goes for yoga or any exercise. Mediation is another big area that’s of interest to people looking to feel calmer and more in control. Imagine recording a guided meditation and then offering it as a download on your website or youtube, social media etc.
Obviously you would need to be a trained teacher in meditation, but you get the idea. Health and wellness is a vast area to sell from, it’s full of niches.
Print on Demand
Another area that has exploded on the world wide web as a viable business is essentially printing. Print on Demand or POD is a business model whereby you work with a printing provider to customize white label products.
These products are then sold on a pre order basis under your label or brand. The products are printed only after a customer places an order so therefore you don’t need to keep stock.
Also when you work with a print on demand company they take care of everything after the sale, including printing ,counting, packaging, and shipping the product.
Print on Demand products come in all types of items and uses, anything that can be adhered to can have a design printed on it. anything that can be imagined can be printed including,
- Clothing such as men’s, women’s, children’s . hoodies skirts, dresses, etc.
- Accessories such as bags, hats, socks,
- Homeware like towels, pillows, blankets, cups, saucers, plates etc
- tech accessories like phone and tablet cases.
Where to sell print on Demand
Amazon Merch. On Amazon Merch sellers can sell various products ranging from mugs to pillows, bags, hoodies and other apparel.
The benefit of selling on Amazon is the fact that you have access to an enormous pre-existing customer base.
But unfortunately you need an invite to be able to sell on the platform. You can’t simply list your products on amazon merch without filling out an application and getting approval.
Etsy. You may know Etsy as a marketplace for finding handmade products, but it also gives POD sellers a chance to sell their products, however with a catch.
Sellers will need to find s third party company to handle all the products’ logistics such as printing, and shipping.
Redbubble. Similar to Etsy Red Bubble is another great marketplace that is well regarded with print on demand sites. They offer artists the chance to sell their unique designs .
Red Bubble may not be the first site that comes to peoples minds when they are thinking about selling their designs/products, but they do have a fairly large customer base of 8.3 million.
Teespring. Now known as Spring. This platform is best for newbies and small print on demand businesses. It will handle everything for you, printing and shipping POD products whenever an order is placed.
Unfortunately Teespring heavily limits the design space on the front and or back of the shirt so getting creative with your designs is restricted.
Electronic Gadgets

Imagine diving into the online gadget bazaar – it’s like a tech carnival, but without the cotton candy. Now, let’s talk about what to sell and how to do it without breaking a virtual sweat.
First off, if your gadget has more buttons than a spaceship, it’s a winner. People love pushing buttons, it’s practically a national pastime.
Whether it’s a remote control with more functions than a Swiss army knife or a gadget that promises to make their coffee before they even think about it, it’s all fair game.
Now, humor me for a second. Think of your gadget as a superhero. What’s its superpower? Is it super slim? Super fast?
Maybe it’s the superhero of saving time or rescuing lost remotes from the couch cushions. Highlight that! Nobody wants a gadget with an identity crisis.
When it comes to selling, online platforms are like bustling digital marketplaces. Use eye-catching photos – think superhero glamour shots – and sprinkle a bit of charm in your descriptions.
No one wants to read a manual online, so keep it short, sweet, and sprinkle in some wit. Remember, you’re not just selling gadgets; you’re selling an experience, a digital joyride, and maybe a few extra minutes of sanity in this wild world of technology.
Conclusion
In the wild world of online hustle, we’ve uncovered some serious money-making gems. From digital delights that dance in the digital realm to print-on-demand wonders that let your creativity run wild, and let’s not forget those health and wellness goodies that keep you feeling fine.
So, whether you’re selling bits and bytes or goods that make you feel as good as a Friday night in your PJs, remember: in the online marketplace, there’s always room for a dash of wit and a sprinkle of charm.
Happy selling, savvy entrepreneurs! May your pockets be full and your stress levels low – because who said making money can’t be a good time? Cheers to your online success.
